RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BLS Footware. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund within the period and under the conditions described below.

Returns

All return requests must be initiated within 5 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box — boxes damaged by shipping or handling may invalidate the return.

Return Process

To start a return, email our customer support at contact@blsfootware.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include the RMA number and proof of purchase inside the package when shipping back to us.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by BLS Footware when returns are due to our error (damaged/defective or incorrect item). For buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. The refunded amount may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your payment statement depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you when the refund is completed.

Exceptions

Defective or damaged products: contact us immediately and include photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Please note:

  • Final sale items (clearance / promotional items explicitly marked as final sale) cannot be returned.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed for shipping.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer several shipping options (standard, expedited). In some cases, a third-party supplier or courier may manage fulfillment and shipping.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders over ₹1,500 to eligible pin codes within India. Shipping eligibility and thresholds may change; applicable terms will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the shipping method, delivery location and order weight/size. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates only. Holidays, festivals, or unexpected events may cause delays. Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (when tracking is available).

Delivery Area

We deliver across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or you do not receive your shipment within the expected time, please contact us immediately at contact@blsfootware.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
